Movie Sequencer (2009/2010):

... shows the sequences within a movie and helps you to localize specific scenes and to get an overview. I made a capture of the movie each second, and put 60 picture in one row. Each row represents one minute of the movie. It combines reductionism with a holistic view that helps to analyze and understand the structure of movies better.
I thought it was a brand new idea, but when I was developing a work flow for creating such images I had to find out that there already was a very successful approach by Brendan Dawes back in 2004. Lets say this images are a homage to him and a present to me and every cineaste out there.

Original size is:
60cm (width)
0,75cm x duration of the movie in minutes (height)
